Experience the Ultimate Prairie Adventure
 
 
Your weekend Covered Wagon Adventure starts at 9.30 a.m. on Saturday at the old school house in Matfield Green. This ex-cattle town is located 12 miles north of Cassoday or 15 miles south of Strong City on Kansas Highway 177. Click here for Map. We'll caravan to our campsite where your vehicles will be parked close by. Belongings are readily available all weekend. Four "all-you-can-eat" meals are provided.
Your half-day or one full days' Covered Wagon Adventure starts mid-morning on a Saturday of your choice, at the old school house in Matfield Green. This ex-cattle town is located 12 miles north of Cassoday or 15 miles south of Strong City on Kansas Highway 177. Click here for Map.  We will bring your group of vehicles or your tour bus directly to our campsite.  Your vehicle(s) can be parked next to our campsite.  Our day-trips will keep you busy and you'll be "back to civilization" that evening.  We will tailor the time with us to fit your expectations.  Two "all-you-can-eat" meals, cold water, tea, lemonade, and the "ever-hot" pots of coffee and hot water are provided with the full-day trip.  One meal, either lunch or supper, will be provided with all the amenities on the half-day trip.
We will send details about what to bring, along with a map and driving instructions, when we receive your reservations.

Are you looking for a unique place to bring your horse or mule? Join us and ride across the last vestige of the tallgrass prairie. Challenge yourself and your mount as you wind your way through trees and across the hills and valleys. Sit on top of a hill and watch the prairie from a perspective that few enjoy. Our trail rides do not require "head-to-tail" riding. We will provide you "All-you-can-eat" meals.
Ride the Kansas Flint Hills with your "best buddy"
     (your own horse or mule!!)
We are not offering a Trail Ride in 2008.  We regret any inconvenience or disappointment to those of you that have joined us in the past or were thinking of joining us.

However, if you have a group that would wish to set up a special Trail Ride (your group must have at least 25-30 reservations), we are happy to accomodate you all!  Call us (316-283-2636) to visit about scheduling a trip for you and your group.
